HOW DOES ATHENA'S SHIP AN ORDER TO ME?

All orders are shipped discreetly in a standard brown box. We use UPS and USPS. The return address label on the package will read AHN.

WHERE DO ATHENA'S ORDERS SHIP FROM?

All of our orders are shipped from Athena’s headquarters located in Rhode Island.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped to you within five business days once they are received. Athena’s is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. It’s best to call the warehouse during normal business hours to inquire about the delivery time of your specific order. Call 1-877-ATHENAS extension 25 or e-mail to: [email protected] If you ordered at an Athena’s party through a Goddess or Adonis that does not carry stock, your Hostess has been provided with a UPS tracking number once the order ships from our warehouse. You can contact either the Goddess or Adonis or your hostess to get the shipping progress.

Is overnight delivery available?

Overnight shipping is available by phone request by calling (877) ATHENAS or Email to: dist[email protected]

How do I track my order?

If you ordered directly through one of our stock carrying Goddesses or Adoni either personally or at a party please contact them directly. Their contact information is on the sales invoice and the business card they left with you.

If you ordered at an Athena’s party through a Goddess or Adonis that does not carry stock your Hostess will be provided with a UPS tracking number once the order ships from our warehouse. You can contact either the Goddess or Adonis or your hostess to get the shipping progress.

If you ordered from Athena’s Home Novelties web site shopping cart www.athenashn.com you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail as soon as the order ships. The UPS or USPS tracking number is included on that e-mail, and reflects package shipped via UPS or USPS.

UPS tried to deliver my package, but I wasn't home and they left a notice. What do I do?

While Athena’s does not require a signature for the delivery of our packages, UPS drivers are able to require a signature if they do not feel there is a safe place to leave the package; where it is not in full view of the street and neighbors. If you receive a notice from UPS, please contact the number they provide on their notice to you. Make arrangements to pick up your order at the closest UPS hub or sign the notice and leave it for the driver and the package will be left the next day.

What is Athena's return policy?

All sales are final due to the intimate nature of our products. Motorized products are guaranteed for 30 days for a replacement. No refunds will be given. If you receive a broken product or if your product breaks within 30 days of receipt: please contact your Goddess or Adonis if purchased at a party, or our Customer Care Liaison if purchased on our website, for instructions on how to send back your item for a replacement.
