We hope that you and your loved ones are safe during this chaotic time of the Covid-19 health emergency.
These are unprecedented times that have forced all of us including Athena’s to adapt daily and sometimes hourly to changes instituted to help protect us all.

To help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities, Athena’s Home Novelties offers both live and virtual parties. Our Goddesses and Adoni are following the guidelines of their state’s mandate and using their best judgement to provide you with a safe and happy party environment. They are creating fabulous online and/or in person parties, offering their expertise as your personal shopper and in many areas throughout the country some are providing drop-off services.

Athena’s web site is open for business 24/7. Our warehouse is busy shipping orders to our customers in discreet packaging 5 days a week.

Steps we are taking to fill online orders safely.
We have ordered additional stock, however, many of our suppliers are experiencing substantial delays in the raw materials needed to create some of our bath, body and romance products.

We have taken extra precautions to keep our warehouse staff safe at work and hopefully allow them to continue shipping orders through most disruptions.

We are very sorry for any delays, and ask for your patience. If you order today, your order may take longer than our usual 5 to 7 business days to arrive to you. We cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates during this health crisis.

Challenges we are facing that impact customer service.
We are receiving many more calls, emails and orders than normal. Please be patient as periodic delays may occur. To save time please do e-mail [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as possible.

We expect some of our employees may not be able to come to work for a few days or even more. (This could be because they are sick or because they have other challenges, such as an auto-immune disease, elder care challenges or school age children whose schools or daycare have been closed.) As a result, our response times may be slower.
