A: All orders are discreetly shipped in unmarked plain brown boxes. The return address reads ‘AHN’. Only you will know what treasures are hidden the box that is delivered to you.
A: To keep packaging waste to a minimum, some products maybe packed in protective plastic bags and delivered without a box. If you receive a package from Athena’s warehouse, you’ll find that we use “green”, 100% recyclable, renewable and biodegradable packing materials. Athena’s loves and respects Mother Earth.
A: Yes, from time to time. In an effort to keep all products in stock and to prevent backorders, colors may vary occasionally.
A: Athena’s uses UPS and USPS for all our shipping.
A: Overnight shipping is available by phone request. However, all ‘ground’ orders that are shipped through our normal provider (UPS) are delivered to the 6 New England states and parts of NY and NJ the very next day. No overnight service is needed. If you ordered at an Athena’s party through a Goddess or Adonis that does not carry stock, your Hostess has been provided with a UPS tracking number once the order ships from our warehouse. You can contact either the Goddess or Adonis or your hostess to get the shipping progress.
A: If you ordered directly through one of our stock carrying Goddesses or Adoni either personally or at a party please contact them directly. Their contact information is on the sales invoice and the business card they left with you.

A: While Athena's does not require a signature for the delivery of our packages, UPS drivers are able to require a signature if they do not feel there is a safe place to leave the package; where it is not in full view of the street and neighbors. If you receive a notice from UPS, please contact the number they provide on their notice to you and make arrangements to pick up your order at the closest UPS hub or sign the notice and leave it for the driver and the package will be left the next day.
A: Athena’s currently ships throughout the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or any other countries.
